I'm Becca.
Eighteen years of disability services - from the floor to the files - and one belief behind all of it: everyone deserves the kind of care I'd want for my own family.

hi there
I started as a direct support professional and worked my way through coordination, compliance, and program building - which means I've done the documentation at 11 pm, sat through the audits, and watched good staff burn out in a system that wasn't designed with them in mind.
My sister is one of the most important people in my life. She's the reason this work has never felt abstract to me — and she's the standard I hold every resource I create to. If I wouldn't hand it to the team supporting her, I'm not putting it out.
Everything I know, I learned on the floor.

where i'm headed
From fixing systems to building tools.
Paperwork without panic started as a way to help agencies get audit-ready. But the part that I fell in love with was creating things - guides, tools, and resources that put help directly into the hands of the people doing the work.
So that's where my focus is now. I write practical guides for day programs and DSPs, I'm building trainings that respect people's time, I've made tools that do the watching for you, and I still take on local consulting for the programs that need a hand - at prices that make sense for real budgets.

Less gatekeeping. More good tools, in good hands.
what i can believe

The standards behind the work.
Good support isn't a luxury
If it isn't good enough for someone I love, then it isn't good enough. Period.
Quality help shouldn't only reach the programs that can afford the big firms.
Care you'd want for your own.
Real over theoretical
Everything I make has to survive contact with an actual program on an actual hard day.
Dignity is the whole point
Staff deserve better tools
Honesty, even when it's hard
Behind every form and ISP is a person whose life it shapes. I never forget that.
Most people in this field care deeply and are set up to fail. Better tools change that.
I'll tell you straight what's working and what isn't. That's what actually helps.
let's build something better
Want to work together?
Whether you need a guide, a training, a tool, or a hand with your program - I'd love to hear what you're working on.
